A lovely house, very clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was brilliant, really close to all the amenities. We would certainly stay again in the future.

This property has recently been refurbished to a great standard and is very comfortable and homely. The crowning feature is the location, from which as far as I can tell, everything is within a 2 minute walk! I have no hesitation in recommending this property
This house is so much better than the photos! Book it now, you really won’t regret it! We had a great holiday, thank you! A lovely house at the end of the beach overlooking the park, which our children loved! The front door is on a really sweet little pathway so it is very quiet. Three great sized bedrooms, a fantastic large bathroom with jacuzzi bath! A sweet little back yard, brand new kitchen with everything you need, dining room and living room. The whole house is really light with sunshine flooding through the pretty stained glass windows. Everything is brand new, so thoughtfully decorated with really imaginative use of space. We definitely recommend this as a little hidden gem in Sidmouth!

The house is even better than on the pictures! It is perfectly located, right next to the sea, to a swimming pool and to a children's playground. The car park is very close as well, making it easy to load and unload. The house is very quiet, the only noise is seagulls. The town of Sidmouth is beautiful with lots to do and everything accessible on foot. Richard is an adorable host, very available and keen to help us.
Everything was as described, perfect location although I’m not sure we realised it was 3 storeys, not a problem just worth a mention. Well equipped kitchen and a nice surprise of a few bits in the fridge to enjoy. All in all we had a lovely week, communication with Richard was easy and responses very quick. If you are travelling to Sidmouth this summer I would suggest pre booking restaurants in advance if you are eating out
A really lovely house, stylishly decorated and well equipped. With a lovely sea view and only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and indoor pool. Richard was a great host and had thought of everything guests might need to feel right at home
Really great place to stay - comfortable, clean, right on coastal path, also close to shops. Well appointed, the owner was generous with provisions and with advice. We would definitely stay there again.
